We pride ourselves in bringing you high-quality items, and expect our products to last you a long time. However, if  there is a quality malfunction or if your garments aren't performing, we will gladly set up a return on the original method of payment and notify you via email once your refund has been issued (please allow 3-5 business days for us to receive and process your return). Keep in mind that our quality guarantee does not cover lifetime or practical use of the products, MOTIV8 Athleisure is not responsible for lost returned items. It is recommended to ship priority mail (USPS) and attached tracking number for proof of delivery.

Returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery date:

• Free Returns 
• Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date 
• Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached in sellable condition
• Original proof of purchase must accompany your return
• Undergarments or hair accessories are final sale items and may not be returned or exchanged once purchased
• Exchanges may be made within the 30 delivery date period 
• All returned products are subject to inspection 

Returns or exchanges exceeding 30 days

If the malfunction or issue on quality is outside the 30 day purchase and delivery, please notify us of the problem via info@motiv8ath.com and include the following:   

• Your contact information
• Reason for your return
• Product information (Item name, order number) 
• Photos of the product showing damage or issue
• Orders exceeding the 30 day period will not be eligible for exchange
